Came into our shelter as a severely unsocialized dog and would not let anyone touch him. After more than year working with him he lets people he knows pet him and runs free (with a long leash) in our fenced in backyard. We would prefer Buddy go to a person who experience in dealing with dogs like Buddy. Buddy has come a long way since he came to stay with us.
